This key role is both dynamic and challenging and requires an excellent customer service focus. The position is established for a 4-day on, 4-day off roster with both night and day shifts available.

We are looking to grow our reservations team with people that have a strong customer focus, lots of personality and excellent communication skills. This key role is often the first personal contact with our customers and is an exciting and dynamic opportunity in New Zealand’s fantastic tourism industry.
